Problem area Action
1 Transfer unit cleaning roller Cleaning roller is not installed properly. Remove and reinstall.
Ensure left side of cleaning roller is making good contact with
HVPS contact.
If error continues to occur after reinstallation, replace cleaning
roller. See “Transfer belt cleaning roller removal” on
page 4-4.
2 HVPS Replace faulty HVPS. See “High voltage power supply
(HVPS) removal” on page 4-39.
