Paper Jam B rear
A PAPER JAM-B message indicates the media is jammed behind the rear door. To clear this type of jam, do
the following:
1. Push the rear door release latch.
2. Gently lower the rear door.
CAUTION
When clearing paper jams, inside of the printer may be hot. Allow printer to cool
before touching any internal components.
