Section 7 Troubleshooting
7.1 Error Symptoms
The complete list of this system’s error symptoms as well as the corrective actions are described
below. If any of these symptoms persists, please call the Manufacturer or local authorized Service
Engineer.
• Power cord not
connected
• Emergency stop button
is pressed
• Power failure
• Check the power
source or connector
• Check the power fuses
• Release the emergency
stop button
Illumination lamp does not
light up (SD only)
• No power to the
illumination lamp
• Illumination lamp is
burned out
• Verify the illumination
lamp voltage (+12)
• Check the illumination
lamp integrity
• Verify that there is no
dust and/or fingerprint
on the LED
• Aiming beam intensity
needs to be calibrated
• Aiming beam electric
circuit failure
No / low energy output for
the green, yellow, red, or
infrared laser beams
• “READY” mode is not
activated
• Output power is not
selected
• Fiber is damaged
• Laser cavity is decayed
• Electronics malfunction
• Activate “READY”
mode
• Toggle and select
preferred power
• Check fiber integrity or
replace with a new one
