Chassis frame
Tighten the wheel nuts
The wheel fasteners must be tightened before
the commissioning and after each wheel
change and repair.
Then after 100 service hours m
inimum.
Tighten opposite wheel fasteners to a torque
of:
front 425 Nm
rear
640 Nm
Check the tyres for damage and
foreign objects
¾ Secure the truck against rolling (apply
parking brake).
¾ Chock a wheel tha
t is not to be jacked up.
¾ Raise the truck with a jack until the wheels
are clear of the ground.
¾ Secure the truck with wood blocks.
¾ Check the wheel
s for ease of rotation
and remove any
thing hindering their free
movement.
¾ Replace worn or damaged tyres.
