2. GETTING STARTED
2.1 CONNECTING TO YOUR CAMERA ON IPHONE®
Follow the steps below to get up and running on an iPhone®, using WiFi or Ethernet.
2.1.1 WIFI SETUP
1. Connect the power adapter to the camera and connect the other end to a power
outlet. Do not connect the Ethernet cable.
2. Connect your iPhone® to your WiFi netw
ork. See your iPhone’s user guide for details
on connecting to WiFi networks.
3. Download the free Lor
ex Ping app from the App Store.
NOTE: Lorex Ping is a free application, but it requires a valid iTunes account to download.
Lorex Ping requires iOS v4.0 and higher.
4. Tap the Lorex Ping icon ( ) from the home screen to open Lorex Ping.
