(3) Compared output
(a) High Speed counter module has a compared output function used to compare present count value
with compared value in size to output as compared.
(b) Available compared outputs are 2 for 1 channel, which can be used separately.
(c) Compared output conditions are 7 associated with >, =, < .
(d) Parameter setting
