(e) Detail of comparator output
It describes detail of comparator output (based on comparator output 0)
1) Mode 0 (Present value < Compared value)
If counted present value is less than the minimum value of compared output 0, output is sent
out, and if present value increases to be equal to or greater than the minimum value of
compared output 0, output is not sent out.
2) Mode1 (Count value ≤ Compared value)
If present count value is less than or equal to the minimum set value of compared output 0,
output is sent out, and if count value increases to be greater than the minimum set value of
compared output 0, output is not sent out.
