2. FUNCTIONALITY
4 working modes that allow to the console adapts itself to any situation:
Single mode: In this mode, the console faders are to control channels, duplicating the channels
number with direct access for the user
Double mode: The upper faders control the same channels as the lower faders. In this mode the
user can do manual crossfades between the upper & lower fader row. This gives full flexibility
to improvise in the show
Theatre mode: In this mode, the console allows the use its unsurpassed power, with total
channel control in edition mode, Submasters, and the Crossfader.
Manual mode: In this mode, the console allows the use its unsurpassed power, with total
channel control in conventional manual mode, Submasters, and the Crossfader.
Channel faders for full control of channels
The Submasters accept Cues, Groups and Effects
Channel Flash and Master Flash. The Master Flash can be configured in different modes: GO,
FLASH and SOLO
Exam function, to exam some items of the console
Modify function, to modify Cues, Groups & Submasters
4 arrow keys for the placement of the cursor in the desired menu and data cell of the data-base
display pages
5 interactive soft keys
Numeric editor, to create groups and cues by entering the levels using the numeric keyboard or
using the level encoder. It is possible to use the channel faders at the same time.
You can label any console item, in an easy way, just like using a mobile phone.
Channel Patch, 512 dimmers with response curves & LIMIT functions.
Installation Patch that allows you to return to preset console status, password protected
5 pre-programmed curves
Parameters to control moving lights or Scrollers (including palettes)
Piccolo Scan has also other display, soft keys, 3 encoders, 1 trackball and direct function keys,
all with the objective to help in the edition of moving lights, LED lights, Scrollers, etc.
The MIDI function, to synchronize the console with an external device or another console and
to execute effects
User setup for the personalisation of the console.
Piccolo can work with or without external monitor (VGA-output is available as Option)
Several user Languages
Storage of Show to external USB memory stick
Printout of show data in a file *.txt.
O.L.E. (Off Line Editor for PC). Complete Simulator, which allows the user to practice, to edit
and to modify the Shows on your PC
