IMPORTANT INSTALLATION SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read and understand all instructions.
2. Installation and maintenance procedures must be followed and performed
by trained personnel only.
3. All DS3 interfaces should not leave the building premises unless connected
to telecommunication devices providing primary or secondary protection,
as applicable.
4. For information on proper mounting instructions, consult 363-206-208,
DDM-2000 OC-12 Multiplexer Installation Manual
.
5. Never install telecommunication wiring during a lightning storm.
6. Never install telecommunication connections in wet locations.
7. Never touch uninsulated telecommunication wires or terminals unless the
telecommunication line has been disconnected at the DS3 interface.
8. Use caution when installing or modifying telecommunication lines.
