2000 HOUR - PERIODIC MAINTENANCE - EVERY 2000 HOURS OF SERVICE OR 4 YEARS
IN ADDITION, CARRY OUT PERIODIC MAINTENANCE FOR 500 HOURS OF SERVICE AND 1000 HOURS OF SERVICE.
CHECK Tightening torque of the wheel nuts
- Check the condition of the tyres, to detect cuts, protuberances, wear, etc.
- Check the tightening torque of the wheel nuts with a torque wrench:
• Front wheels: 630 Nm ± 94 N.m
• Rear wheels: 630 Nm ± 94 N.m
REPLACE Hydraulic oil
CLEAN Suction strainer for hydraulic oil tank
REPLACE Hydraulic oil tank breather
Place the lift truck on level ground with the I.C. engine stopped and telescopic boom
retracted and lowered as far as possible.

Before any intervention, thoroughly clean the outside of the filter, around the drain plugs and the suction panel on the
hydraulic tank. Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological manner.
Use a clean container and funnel. Clean the top of the oil drum before filling.
DRAINING OIL
- Remove the guard 1.
- Place a container under drain plug 2 and unscrew the plug.
- Open the hydraulic oil filler access panel with the ignition key.
- Remove the filler cap lock 12.
- Remove filler plug 3 to facilitate draining.
REPLACING THE BREATHER
- Unscrew the breather 4 and replace it with a new one (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE:
FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS).
CLEANING THE STRAINER
- Disconnect hose 5.
- Remove and clean the suction strainer 6 using a compressed air jet, check its condition
and replace if necessary (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS).
- Refit the suction strainer making sure the seal is in the correct position.
