Attach Lifting Slings to Self-Erect Cylinder
Attach the lifting slings and shackles to the lifting link (2) on
the self-erect cylinder as shown in Figure 4-32.

The lifting capacity from one hole is the same as it is from two holes.
See the Liftcrane Mast Handling Capacities chart for lifting capacities at
various radii and live mast angles. Refer to
Figure 4-5 on page 4-6
for the capacity of the Manitowoc supplied lifting slings and shackles.
WARNING
Falling Load Hazard!
Do not lift loads at the storage guides (8):
• Sharp edges can cut the slings causing them to
break.
• The storage guides can be overloaded and break.
