Replacing the fan assemblies
1. Follow the procedure in “Removing the rear end
covers” on page 31.
2. Disconnect the fan wires (1) from the fan
assemblies.

Replacing the lens
NOTE! Always wear gloves when you handle the lens.
NOTE! Before you remove the LED engine, mark the
adjustment points (1) with a marker and some tape to
keep the LED engine adjusted.
1. Remove the fan assemblies. Follow the procedure
in “Replacing the fan assemblies” on page 32.

3. Disconnect the wire retainers (2).
4. Remove the screw (3) at the bottom and at the top
of each fan assembly.
5. Replace the fan assemblies
NOTE! The fan assemblies are not identical.
The fan assembly with the label outwards must
be installed on the same side as the LED driver
PCBA fan.
6. Follow the procedure in reverse order.
