Troubleshooting
Overview of error codes
Error message Symptom Cause Remedy
MMER • Missing module error • See CAN BUS ID addressing
BOOT • Boot upload is activated • See Boot mode rmware upload
CYER • Cyan error • Check the cyan color ag and the end
stop switch.
YEER • Yellow error • Check the yellow color ag, belt and end
stop switch.
MAER • Magenta error • Check the magenta ag, belt and end
stop switch.
CTER • CTC error • Check the CTC ag, belt and end stop
switch.
G1ER • Gobo error • Check if gobo wheel 1 can rotate and if
the motor is engaged.
• Check if the sensor is registering the
magnet of the gobo wheel when it passes
by the sensor.
ZOER • Zoom error • Make sure that the zoom belt glides freely
up and down when the power is off.
• Check if the sensor is registrering the
magnet when the zoom wagon passes by.
FOER • Focus error • Make sure that the focus belt glides freely
up and down when the power is off.
• Check if the sensor is registrering the
magnet when the focus wagon passes by.
SLER • The safety loop is broken.
• PSU, DC-DC or LED driver board are
too hot.
• Safety loop error • Check if the connectors are properly
connected.
