Updatingrmware
You nd the rmware version of the xture either in the
information menu or by moving up or down before you
enter the menu.
The rmware can only be overwritten or updated, never
downgraded.
UpdatingrmwareviaUSB
1. Download the rmware from www.martin.com/
support.
2. Transfer the MAC_Encore_Perf*.bank le onto a
Fat 32 formatted USB stick.
NOTE! The smaller size of the USB stick, the
faster it is registered on the xture.
3. Power on the xture.
4. When the xture has nished resetting, insert the
USB stick.
5. Select the rmware and press ENTER.
6. Select YES when you are prompted “Do you really
want to update rmware?”
7. The rmware on the USB is copied to the
mainboard.
8. Remove the USB stick.
9. When the update is nished, the xture will reset
and be ready for use.
UpdatingrmwareviaDMX
1. Find the MAC Encore Performance rmware that
you want to upload.
2. Turn the xture on and wait until it has reset.
3. Press DMX upload in the rmware uploader.
4. When the update is nished, the xture will reset
and be ready for use.
Updatingrmwareviabootuploadmode
1. Open the Martin® Firmware Uploader and nd the
MAC Encore Performance rmware.
2. Select boot upload.
3. Set the switch in boot upload mode.
4. Start the rmware upload from the rmware
uploader.
5. Turn on the xture.
6. When the update is nished and the xture has
reset, power off the xture.
7. Set the boot switch to normal boot.
