9. Pull off the zoom belt (5) from the top pulley (6).
10. Gently lift the zoom lens assembly (7) up
sideways to free the belt from the lower pulley.
11. Remove the zoom lens assembly.

Replacing the focus belt
1. Remove the head covers. See “Removing the
head covers” on page 20.
2. Remove the front side covers. See “Removing the
front side covers” on page 20.
3. Remove the multimodule. See “Replacing the
multimodule” on page 26.
4. Remove the zoom lens assembly. See “Removing
the front side covers” on page 20
5. Lock the head with the lens pointing downwards.
12. Remove the two screws (8) that hold the zoom
belt retainer (9) on the zoom lens.
13. Remove the zoom belt (10) with the retainer.
14. To remove the zoom belt from the retainer,
remove the two screws (11) that hold the clamp.
15. Replace the zoom belt on the zoom belt retainer.
NOTE! Make sure to install the belt
perpendicularly to the zoom lens assembly.
16. Follow the procedure in reverse order.
