Creating a custom particle effect
The following table shows the available mouse controls for working in the
Preview Window.
For example, if you want to alter the dispersion of your clip on the y axis only,
first click the
Dispersion button, then press and hold SHIFT while dragging the
mouse up or down in the
Preview Window.
Action Result
Left mouse button Adjusts x and y axes
SHIFT+left mouse button, drag left or right Adjusts x axis only
SHIFT+left mouse button, drag up or down Adjusts y axis only
Right mouse button Adjusts z axis only
