Hazard of damage to the anemometer
Read the instructions in this user manual carefully before any usage of the an-
emometer and pay attention to all warnings.
Keep this manual in a designated place, accessible for all users for future ref-
erence.
Ensure that all personnel have read and understood the content of this man-
ual.
Hazard of damage to the anemometer
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the anemometer.
Do not perform any intervention inside the anemometer.
Only trained, qualified and authorized technicians can perform repair and
maintenance activities.
Hazard of damage to the anemometer
Ensure that the anemometer does not drop on the floor.
Always ensure secure hold and stability.
Any exposure of the instrument to conditions outside the specified limits and
approved uses in the user manual may result in invisible damage and devia-
tions of the instrument. Therefore, after such an incident, an instrument must
be checked for correct functioning by trained personnel or an MBV certified
service centre.

The anemometer is a sensitive measurement instrument and requires careful
handling. Do not touch the impeller at any time.
For a correct transportation, proceed as described in section 4.

The anemometer is not IP-protected.
Do not spill liquids into the electric/electronic connections or the air channel.

All of the cleaning/disinfection solution must be removed/wiped dry properly
prior use.

Do not use any other type of battery other than the recommended type.
Do not use any rechargeable battery types

Never use anything other than a perforated lid to open the anemometer, oth-
erwise the notches on the bottom plate could be damaged.
