11.8. ERROR MESSAGES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
11.8.1. ERROR MESSAGES
If an adjustment or a calibration fails, the system the following messages will display error
messages:

PROCEDURE
1) Ensure that all equipment is connected correctly.
2) Ensure that the anemometer is placed on the correct sampling head.
3) Retry the process.
4) If a calibration error occurs again, control whether the air sampler can aspirate the
maximum flow:

5) If the air sampler does not reach the maximum flow it must be adjusted manually.
6) Choose either a Manual 1-point adjustment (chapter 11.3) or a Manual 3-point adjust-
ment (chapter 11.4).
7) If the air sampler blocks measurements, try these options to enable measurements,
even if the calibration validity has expired:
– Disable the Block measurement if calibration validity expired setting.
– Use the button Disable calibration validity.
– Set the calibration validity to 0 before starting an adjustment.
8) If the errors persist, please return the air sampler to the retailer or manufacturer for
repair.
Calibration Error: Invalid sensor gain!
Calibration Error: Desired flow cannot be reached!
Calibration Error: Flow measurement of DA-100 invalid!
