Gracenote Coverart Configures whether to acquire the cover art files when importing music files.
Expansion Drive
This menu appears when connecting an expansion drive.
If this menu is selected, music files will be saved directly onto the expansion
drive when they are imported. You can configure the expansion drive by
referring to the “Importing Music Files to an Expansion Drive” section in
chapter 4.
This setting does not affect subsequent expansion drives. If you want to
save the imported music files onto another expansion drive, you will need
to configure the drive once it is connected by following the same procedure
above.
Date and Time
Configure the time settings of the Digital Music Library.
Auto Configures the time settings acquired from the NTP server via the Internet.
Manual Configures the time settings manually.
Time Zone
Configure the time zone for date and time settings.
Auto Power Save
Configure whether to shut down the Digital Music Library automatically if the music stops playing and a specific
amount of time passes. You can select from 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. Alternatively, select
“Off” to disable this feature.
Notes:
• The Digital Music Library will not be powered down while playing music.
• If the Digital Music Library is accessed from a Network Audio Player or computer, it will not be powered down
even after the specified time passes.
Network
LAN Port
Configures whether to automatically acquire the IP address from a DHCP
server or enter it manually. If “Fixed IP” is selected, enter the IP address,
subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS server.
Player Port If you select “Off”, the Player port will be disabled.
Friendly Name Changes the friendly name (hostname) of the Digital Music Library.
Drive
Format Internal Drive
Formats the internal drives of the Digital Music Library.
If you select “Erase All Data”, all data on the drives will be completely erased.
Data removed this way will be nearly impossible to recover with current
tools.
Format USB Drive
Formats the USB drive.
If you select “Erase All Data”, all data on the drives will be completely erased.
Data removed this way will be nearly impossible to recover with current
tools.
Initialize Settings
Restores the Digital Music Library settings to the factory default.
