3.8.2 Material Compliance
We confirm that we always draw the attention of our suppliers to the legal restrictions on
materials in accordance with our Company Standard for Material Compliance of Memmert
GmbH + Co KG to ensure they take the original publications by the legislative authority into
consideration at all times. The suppliers and deliveries must comply with all material
compliance requirements which are relevant or specified in the company standard. By
taking this approach, and by making our own observations, we are always able to stay
abreast of developments to the best of our knowledge and ability.
