is needed
• Type of the unit.
• Serial number of the electronic unit
(1), and software version.
• Serial numbers of left (2) and right
coil panel (3).
2. Specify the spare part
• Item code and description of the part
needed. This information is found in
the maintenance manual.
• Number/amount needed
• Special information of the part
3. Specify delivery and invoicing
information.
• Exact terms of delivery and full
address.
• Consignee’s full name and
accounting address.
• Possible order number.
