Specify the data to get the abnormality detection log of
the predictive maintenance function. It is possible to get
specified data (log number, joint axis number) for each
part using the following virtual parameters.
Element 1: Log number of abnormal detection log (1 to
365)
* Gets the data of [Log no. - 1] days before.
* When "1" is specified, the data of the day is
obtained.
* Log data (log number, date, srore) will not be
updated on non-working days.
When an out of range value is specified,
"C.7081(04000): value is out of range", when a value
other than numeric is specified, "C.7081(03000) : value
is out of range" is used.
