Hardware logic control flag (X4)
While the hardware logic operates, Hardware logic control flag (X4) is on.
ON of Hardware logic control flag (X4)
In the following status, this signal turns on.
When Hardware logic control start request (Y4) is turned on
When the hardware logic control start request is issued with the configuration tool
OFF of Hardware logic control flag (X4)
In the following status, this signal turns off.
When the power supply is turned on
When the CPU module is reset
