Error clear request (YF)
To clear Error flag (XF), Latest error code (Un\G100), and Error history No. (Un\G8010 to Un\G8169), turn on and off this
signal.

General command 0 to General command F (Y10 to Y1F)
Signals in the hardware logic can be controlled from a program.
Turning on or off General command 0 to General command F (Y10 to Y1F) outputs the internal signals of the hardware logic
in High or Low state from Y device terminals.
