Base frequency
The base frequency is the frequency at which the output voltage
has its maximum value.
Maximum end frequency
If there is a constant-voltage frequency range beyond the base
frequency defined with PNU A003, this range is defined with
PNU A004. The maximum end frequency must not be smaller than
the base frequency.
