LCD Display: ***ALERT *** GREATER THAN WHAT BOLS INT ALLOWS
Alert: Unable to enter a # of boluses/hr that exceeds the possible number allowed

LCD Display: ***ALERT *** INSUFFICIENT VOLUME MAX DOSES=_____
Alert: Bag Volume value is insufficient to deliver the remaining
Cause: Occurs whenever the prescription is changed so that bag volume is now less
than amount required for the entire therapy (based on volume already
infused plus volume required to deliver the remaining doses).

complete the remaining dose cycles (dose volume + KVO volume), increase
the “Bag Vol.” If the volume is insufficient, decrease the “DOSE/BAG” such
that the therapy can continue with the new modified prescription.
Note: If either “Bag Vol” or “DOSE/BAG” is modified and the therapy is
repeated, these fields will have to be verified against the source
container volume and prescribed prescription and changed
accordingly.
