17. Turn OFF the ice Machine power switch located
on the back.
18. Slowly pour 1 gallon of cleaning solution into the
top of the freeze barrel where the ice normally
exits.
19. Allow the ice Machine to sit for about 20 minutes.
20. After 20 minutes, turn ON the ice Machine power
switch.
21. After the cleaning solution is drained, roughly two
minutes, move the rocker switch to the “ICE”
position.
22. Allow the reservoir to fill with fresh water. Move
the rocker switch to the “Drain” position for 2
minutes.
23. Repeat fill and drain process again by moving the
rocker switch to the “ICE” position. Allow the
reservoir to fill with fresh water. Move the rocker
switch to the “Drain” position for 2 minutes.
24. Turn OFF the ice Machine power switch.
25. Use an approved sanitizing solution or mix 1
ounce of household bleach to 2 gallons of warm
(95°F-115°F) water.
