To cancel Call Forward – Busy/No Answer using a Virtual Extension:
1. Press the idle Virtual Extension key.
2. Dial the Call Forward – Busy/No Answer Service Code (default: 744).
3. Dial 0 (Cancel).
4. Press Speaker or hang up.
