Codes Tables
SECTION 1 ABOUT THIS CHAPTER
The charts in this chapter provide a list of the Service Codes, Function Key
Codes, and System Number Plan/Capacities. The service codes and
function codes are listed by number and by feature in separate charts for
ease of use.
SECTION 2 SIMPLIFYING MULTILINE TERMINAL OPERATIONS WITH
ONE-TOUCH KEY OPERATION
A multiline terminal user can access many features through Service Codes
(e.g., Service Code
#9 to access a specific trunk). To streamline the
operation of their telephone, a multiline terminal user can store these codes
under One-Touch Keys. This provides one-button operation for almost any
feature. To find out more, turn to the One-Touch Calling feature.
When reading an instruction using programmable keys, you will see a
notation similar to (PRG 15-07 or SC 7nn). This means that the key
requires function code nnn, and you can program this code through
Program 15-07 or by dialing Service Code 751 or 752. Refer to the
Programmable Function Keys feature for more information.
