STEP3: Enter an office name.
The office name can be entered up to 32 characters (no limitation in the kind of character).
STEP4: Click the [Select Folder] button.
A dialog box is displayed for specifying a folder and file name.
STEP5: Specify the file name and the folder of the file to be saved in which the system data is to be
saved, and click the [Save] button.
You are directed back to the [Save] screen. The specified folder and the file name are dis-
played in the File name field.
STEP6: Click the [Save] button.
A dialog box is displayed, confirming to save the system data.
