Troubleshooting on FTP Server
The probable causes of faults that could occur in the FTP server.
(1) Cannot start the FTP server
(2) The FTP service has been performed, but cannot access from a FTP user

1 IP address for PC is not same as the IP
address for FTP sever.
Set the IP address of PC on the [ Whole Setting]
menu of [FTP Server Setting]. Page 8-12
2 The command port for the FTP server
have already been used for other
applications.
Close the application used. Or change the command
port of FTP server.

1 Windows firewall has been blocked. Unblock the Windows firewall. Page 1-5
2 The port of FTP server has been
blocked by an anti-virus software.
Unblock the port.
