Connection Account
STEP6: Click the [OK] button.
The connection account is added to the [Connection Accounts] screen.
STEP7: Click [Close] button in the [Connection Accounts] screen.
The [Connection Accounts] screen closes, and returns to the [PCPro] window.
A connection account for a modem connection has now been created.

Enter a modem initialization character string as for specifying a partic-
ular speed.
• Up to 50 single-byte characters (default: blank field)
(6) External modem

If the SV8300 uses an external modem to connect to PCPro, select this
password if a password is required to gain access to the external
modem. (default: unchecked).
(7) Operator assisted
call
Select this check box to perform a dial-up connection from a telephone
set connected to the modem. (default: unchecked).
* If this item is enabled, only the COM Port/Disconnecting string/
Modify Initialization string field becomes functional.
