Error Message Cause Remedial action
Couldn’t turn the FTP Server
folder to default.
Check the following items.
• If another FTP Server being
active on a PC, stop for it.
• Confirm selecting the Menu
item [Tools] > [Configuration]
> [FTP Server].
– Shut down the FTP server once
and then retry.
Program files are wrong. Click
the ‘Next >>’ button after con-
firming some files to upgrade.
The program file to be
upgraded is wrong.
1. Check that all required files
are available in the specified
folder.
2. Check that the specified
folder contains nothing but
unnecessary files.
Couldn’t confirm the IP Address
because that LAN cable is
unplugged or Network Connec-
tion is in an invalid state.
The LAN cable was out of
position or the network con-
nection was invalid when the
plug-in launched.
Connect the PC LAN cable and
check the status of network con-
nectivity.
Failed to change the IP Address.
Change IP Address to
192.168.1.250 manually.
– Change the IP address manually.
LAN cable is unplugged or Net-
work Connection is in an invalid
state.
The LAN cable was out of
position or the network con-
nection was invalid when the
[Next >>] button was clicked
in the [Program Upgrade]
screen.
Connect the PC LAN cable and
