What to do if my Ness D8 Control Panel beeps 10 times with flashing MAINS and BATTERY lights?

  If your Ness Control Panel is beeping 10 times and both the MAINS and BATTERY lights are flashing, it could mean that the main power is off, the panel's backup battery is low, or a radio device battery is low. Ensure the plug pack is plugged in and the power point is turned on. It is also recommended to call your installer.

Why is the zone light on or why does my Ness Control Panel beep when arming?

  If the zone light is on or you hear long beeps when arming your Ness Control Panel, it indicates that one or more Zone Detection Devices, such as a PIR or Reed Switch, may be unsealed. To resolve this, close any open doors or windows and identify the cause of the movement triggering the alarm.
