2.10 Toner Low Detection

This device consists of a constant speed rotating agitation gear andagitation bar.

The minimum height length of stay (OFF time) of a target board which attached the
toner low level state in the end of a churning bar is measured and detected by the
sensor.

The light which emitted light by the
sensor reflects with a target board,
and received light by the sensor.
Therefore, the minimum height length
of stay is detectable.
The light which emitted light by the
sensor does not reflect with a target
board, and does not received light
by the sensor.
