NO Go to A.
YES Is BLACK RIBBON set on the menu?
NO Go to B.
YES Set another color.
Has the problem been resolved?
NO Go to B.
YES End of procedure.

Is the ribbon installed properly?
NO Correct the ribbon installation.
YES Go to C.

Are CN4 on the control board and CN2 on the sensor board connected correctly?
NO Connect the cables correctly.
YES Replace the control board.
Has the problem been resolved?
YES End of procedure.
NO Replace the ribbon/bail motor assembly.
Has the problem been resolved?
YES End of procedure.
NO Go to A.
