VISERA XENON LIGHT SOURCE CLV-S40
Endoscope
cannot be
connected to
CLV-S40.
A designated fiberscope, rigid
scope or videoscope is not
being used.
Connect a designated fiberscope,
rigid scope or videoscope.
Field of view is
too dark.
Brightness control switch
adjusted incorrectly.
Adjust as required.
Xenon lamp mounted
incorrectly.
Mount the lamp correctly.
Xenon lamp is old. Replace it with a new one.
Video system is not connected
correctly, and automatic
brightness control does not
work.
Correctly connect the video
system.
Emergency lamp is being used. Set the spare lamp switch lever to
the main lamp position.
Brightness adjustment is set to
the minimum level.
Adjust as required.
The standby mode is selected. Turn the standby mode OFF.
Field of view is
too bright.
Brightness control switch
adjusted incorrectly.
Adjust as required.
Xenon lamp mounted
incorrectly.
Mount correctly.
Video system is not connected
correctly, and automatic
brightness control does not
work.
Correctly connect the video
system.
Warning buzzer
sounds.
Emergency lamp switch lever is
in an intermediate position.
Make sure that switch lever is set
to either the main lamp or the
emergency lamp position.
