Meaning/Cause
The specified bit number is not within 0 to 7.
Action
Specify a correct bit number.
5.206 : Digit number error

Meaning/Cause
a. Binary number has exceeded 8 digits (places).
b. Octal number has exceeded 6 digits (places).
c. Decimal number has exceeded the specified range.
d. Hexadecimal number has exceeded 8 digits (places).
e. Cartesian coordinate point data has more than 3 decimal places.
Action
• Change to the correct number of digits (places).
• Specify the Cartesian coordinate point data of up to 3 decimal places.
