2.1 When trouble occurs
Please contact your distributor and report the following items in as much detail as possible.

example: Servo won't turn on.
Abnormal sound occurs when robot is moved.
Return-to-origin is incomplete.

example: Keys won't function.
Response after pressing key is slow.
Only the emergency stop button functions.

When the programming box is connected, the error message appearing on the screen is a valuable source of
information for troubleshooting.
