Why can't I access the user login list on the scan head of my Optos P200TxE?

  You may not be able to access the user login list on the scan head because of a password error, the image server is not switched on, or the scan head is not configured with the correct image server IP address. Check your username and password. Also, check that the image server is switched on and running, and verify the image server network address, ensuring the scan head is on the same network and configured to connect to the correct address.
