Chapter 4 - Capture images
1.
Select Multi-mode and the required laterality.
2. Position the patient (see How to prepare for image capture on page36).
3. Capture the first image. Depending on multi-mode configuration this could be:
l SLO image capture (see How to capture SLO images on page39).
l OCT image capture (see How to capture OCT images on page43).
4. The device will select the next image on the list. Check the quality of the captured image and discard
and recapture if required.
4.11 How to manage the patient session
Before finishing the patient session you should check the required images and scans have been captured.
Image Browser
The Image Browser can be accessed after the first image has been captured. You can check the images and
scans which will be saved at the end of the session. You can change laterality and delete images and
scans.
You can review stereo paired images. Continue capturing images until you have a good stereo pair,
deleting and recapturing as necessary.
Patient Session Summary
The Patient Session Summary is displayed when you select Finished Patient. You should check the
summary to confirm the image and laterality counts are as expected. If the session in incomplete or
incorrect select outside the summary to continue the session.
