Results of creating mailboxes
The results of creating mailboxes are recorded in a text file. Follow the procedure below to view the file.
1. When automatic configuration completes, click
OK on the "Mailbox create result" dialogue box.
2. Mailbox_result.txt is saved to the local PC.
3. The meaning of the status in the generated file is as follows:
User Profile Status Description
Exist The user profile already existed and was assigned to the related mailbox and
extension number.
Skipped The user profile was already assigned to the related mailbox and extension
number.
Mailbox Status Description
Created The new mailbox was successfully created.
Failed The new mailbox was not created.
Assigned The mailbox already existed, but was successfully assigned to the related
extension number.
Exist The mailbox was already assigned to the related extension number.
Skipped The mailbox already existed, but assigning it to the related extension number
failed.
The start and finish times of the automatic configuration is recorded in the syslog (INFO).
