Questionable Data/Signal
Status Group
This group reports when the output data
from the counter may not be trusted.
Bit 14 (weight 16384) — Unexpected
Parameter (UEP)
This bit shows that the counter has re-
ceived a parameter that it cannot execute,
although the parameter is valid according
to SCPI. This means that when this bit is
true, the instrument has not performed a
measurement exactly as requested.
Bit 10 (weight 1024) — Timeout for
Measurement (TIO)
The counter sets this bit true when it
abandons the measurement because the
internal timeout has elapsed, or no signal
has been detected.
See also :SYST:TOUT and
:SYST:SDET.
Bit 8 (weight 256) Overflow (OFL)
The counter sets this bit true when it can
-
not complete the measurement due to
overflow.
