Disposal of Hazardous
Materials
If your instrument was ordered with a built-in
battery supply (Option 23/90), it contains 12
Li-Ion cells arranged as a fixed battery pack
with internal protection circuitry.
Even though this type of cell does not cause
environmental damage in the same way as
NiCd, for instance, you should dispose of a
worn-out battery pack at an authorized recy-
cling station or return it to Pendulum.
Note: Individual cells cannot be replaced.
