8.5.7.3 Motor and camshaft replacement

A
Remove the softener and valve covers, see 8.5.2. Covers removal (softener and valve),
page 63.
B Disconnect the motor (2) from the optical sensor (1).
C Loosen the two screws (4) and remove the clamp (3).
D Remove and disassemble the camshaft (5) from the motor (2).
E Change motor (2) and/or camshaft (5).
F Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
