ThePeplinkBalancesupportshighavailability(HA)configurationsviaanopenstandardvirtualrouter
redundancyprotocol(VRRP,RFC3768).
InanHAconfiguration,twosamemodelPeplinkBalanceunitsprovideredundancyandfailoverina
masterslavearrangement.Intheeventthatthemasterunitisdown,theslaveunitbecomesactive.
HighavailabilitywillbedisabledautomaticallywherethereisadropinconnectionconfiguredonaLAN
bypassport.
