discontinue use and call Intuity Medical Customer Support to nd out about
replacement. Examples of meter damage or malfunction include: fogged
screen, cracked screen or case, illegible labels, buttons not working, failure to
move to the next test, cartridge door does not open, meter fails to test, test
port appears cracked or broken, repeated error messages or multiple failed
control solution tests.
