PVT DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the seat and engine service panel.
2. Disconnect the (-) negative battery terminal.
3. Place transmission in PARK.
4. Remove the clutch cover screws

and remove the
outer clutch cover from the vehicle.
5. Mark the drive belt direction of rotation and remove
drive belt.
6. Install the Drive Clutch Holder.
Drive Clutch Holder:

7. Remove the drive clutch retaining bolt
w
and remove
drive clutch using the correct drive clutch puller.

NOTE
Be sure to use the correct Drive Clutch Puller to prevent
damage to crankshaft.

8. Remove the driven clutch retaining bolt
e
and driven
clutch assembly.
9. Loosen hose clamp attaching the PVT inlet duct to
the inner clutch cover. Disengage hose from the inner
clutch cover.
