BATTERY REMOVAL
1. Remove the seat.
NOTE
The left seat slide needs to be removed for battery
removal.
2. Remove the three screws

securing the left seat
cover panel to the frame. Move the panel away from
the battery compartment to access the battery.
3. Remove the battery hold-down strap screw

and
remove the strap. Disconnect the battery vent tube
e
.
4. Disconnect the black
r
(negative) battery cable(s).
