PROP SHAFT
PROP SHAFT REMOVAL AND
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the procedures for removing the fuel tank
assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the front bumper.
3. Remove the upper and main floorboards to access
the front gearcase.
4. Using the Roll Pin Removal Tool, remove the roll pin
from the prop shaft at the front gear case. Remove
the propshaft from the transmission output shaft.

5. Carefully guide the propshaft assembly

out of the
vehicle through the right-front of the vehicle.
6. Reverse removal procedure to reinstall propshaft.
7. Reference the procedures for reinstalling the fuel tank
assembly after propshaft is installed in vehicle.
